Wagner, SD
Replacement of 2,700 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main; 8 manholes and 42 service lines.

Wastewater Collection Improvements
Mitchell, SD
Construction of 2,765 lineal feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer main from the main interceptor to the Mitchell Technical Institute Campus and an area of approximately 560 acres of future development southeast of the city.

Wastewater Treatment Improvements
Elkton, SD
Modification of the existing wastewater treatment facility from a three-cell system to a 5.69-acre primary cell and a 1.76-acre secondary cell; the addition of a 900-gallon per minute transfer pump, a 3.19-acre and two 2.84-acre wetland treatment cells.
